We use an online login programme to provide training and/or support to many clients in Ireland. Most support calls can be answered via email or telephone conversation, however, sometimes it is necessary to login (with client consent) to find a solution.
We are firm believers in enabling businesses to complete their own bookwork in house rather than outsourcing the work to a book-keeper or accountant, as this means they’re in control of their own business.
At their core, all computerised accounts systems do the same job, however, some have more functions than others. Once the basics are understood, they can be applied to any system.
