We use an online login programme to provide training and/or support to many clients in Ireland.  Some local clients (where broadband access leaves a lot to be desired), have requested on-site training on their accounting systems and payroll software.  Most support calls can be  answered via email or telephone conversation, however, sometimes it is necessary to login (with client consent) to find a solution.

Our office is based just outside of Monaghan town.  We firmly believe that businesses should be enabled to complete their own bookwork, rather than outsourcing the work to a book-keeper or accountant, as this means they’re in control of their own business.
